Zips – we use only heavy duty (no10) moulded zip and metal sliders.  Lighter, continuous coil, zips are prone to failure particularly if people do not completely open the zipped panel.

Windows – All our windows are sealed and sewn into the cloth with two rows of stitching.  Years of repairing cloths have revealed that welded windows are far more prone to failure. Material used is Super Clear PVC that resists clouding. Polishing with a window restorer and polisher e.g. Renovo will extend the working life of windows
